My experience with the Centre was most satisfactory. The service was very professional and competent. The audiologist, Cik Atiqah who served me was very patient and helpful with her approach. She listened well to client and apart from recommending suitable hearing aid required, she also offered valuable encouragement and demonstrated empathy which were well appreciated by me. I was given a set of hearing aid for trail use for about 2 months. During this period, my numerous visits to Cik Atiqah for tuning, adjusting and recalibration of the hearing aid were met with the same high level of dedication and enthusiasm with no pushing at all. I finally placed my order after the trail use and since then , their after sales services were just one phone call or WhatsApp message away. Highly recommended based on my personal experience.
