  HearLIFE Hearing Care Centre Kuala Lumpur.
Took my 86-year-old mother to this centre on 4 Feb 2026 to have her hearing aid serviced.
Was greeted by very friendly staff at the reception, even though we were early for our 2 p.m. appointment. It was still lunchtime, but Nazatul Akmal, who was the audiologist, attended to us.
Naza (as she introduced herself) was so patient with my mother. She carefully removed my mother’s hearing aid and inspected it. She told us that the tubing needed to be replaced. Then she proceeded with testing and adjusting my mother’s hearing, patiently explaining every step she was doing to ease my mother’s anxiety.
Naza also ran through in detail the correct steps on how to take care of the hearing aid properly so that my mother can remember. Really can see my mother is so happy.
We would like to extend our appreciation to the staff, especially to Nazatul for their dedication, service and professionalism.

  I am extremely satisfied with the consultation service provided by the ENT doctor. The doctor was professional, friendly, and thorough during the examination. Everything was clearly explained in a way that was easy to understand.
The equipment used was modern and clean, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the session. The doctor listened attentively to my concerns and provided helpful solutions.

  Apparently the clinic was closed due to PH but maybe God's will to help my friend, this kind lady name Miss Naza was there in the clinic after an emergency case... also gave my friend a quick but thorough checkup... i thank God for the help... my fren went back with ease... thank you so much!
